Works with Czech and English U.S. regional settings. Other regional settings are not supported for now, because of lack string to SYSTEMTIME conversion functions in WinCE API. I'm planning write my own conversion functions, but it will take some time.
Download here. To install put CAB file to your phone by ActiveSync and run with File Manager (Start -> More -> File Manager).
